Born into a family of professional locksmiths, he carries on the tradition with pride and passion. Brandon's dedication to serving his community is evident in his work, and he has earned a reputation as a skilled and trustworthy locksmith. In addition to his work with us, Brandon is also employed as a federal locksmith, where he continues to hone his skills and provide top-notch service. We are proud to have Brandon as the key member of our team, and we know that you will appreciate his expertise and professionalism as well.

When Brandon’s not working you can find him woodworking and hanging out with his 4 dogs and 3 cats.

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy & Operations Officer

Karina is a multipotentialite. With a diverse skill set encompassing both creative and administrative spheres. Her experience in managing small local businesses has been instrumental in cultivating her passion for entrepreneurship. Karina firmly believes in the power of community and strives to uplift and support those around her. Her previous work experiences include pet sitting, working at plant shops, as well as running her own design business where she specializes in an array of services such as graphics, branding, photography, and product branding. Karina's unique perspective and skill set make her an invaluable asset to our team.

As a child, Karina wanted to be a painter, and her creativity still shines through in everything she does.

When she's not working you can find her sipping iced coffee at local markets, shopping for plants or walking her 4 dogs; Harlow, Havana, Rio and Leche.

Locksmith Apprentice

Jared Padilla is a dedicated locksmith in training who is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. With a background in retail, he understands the importance of putting the customer first and ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. Jared's passion for locksmithing comes from his family, who have a long history of excellence in the industry. With their guidance and his eagerness to learn and grow, we are confident that Jared will become an expert in no time. While he is still in training, his enthusiasm and dedication to the craft make him an invaluable member of our team. We are excited to see him flourish and become an integral part of our business.

When Jared isn’t working you can find him at the gym and listening to Van Halen.

Director of Strategic Accounts & Optimization

Meet Airie, our Director of Strategic Accounts & Optimization. With a background in Software Engineering, Process Optimization, and Cognitive Science, Airie brings analytical depth and a human-centered mindset to every client relationship. As the primary point of contact for our commercial accounts—he ensures smooth collaboration, tailored solutions, and long-term client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Airie enjoys learning Japanese and Spanish, and spending time with his four adorable cats: Meow Meow, Mona, Koji, and Dashi.
